Dynamic Fields not working in OTRS 3.2.1

Hi,

I have added four dynamic fields and also configured in Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketEmail###DynamicField
but it is not showing the fields in the new phone/email ticket.

AgentTicketEmail is not Phone Ticket

we are using email ticket as well thatswhy I have mentioned here

Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewEmailNew
Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketEmail###DynamicField

Key needs to be name, and value 0,1 or 2
