Unable to login after upgrade to 3.2.1

OS : Centos 6.2
OTRS : 3.2.1 upgrade

After upgrade i am unable login, root user is also not working. when trying to login browser displays "Session invalid. Please log in again. "


Logs shows
[Error][Kernel::System::AuthSession::DB::CreateSessionID][Line:231]: Unknown column 'data_key' in 'field list', SQL: '#012

Please help to recover the installation. when taking backup it showing normal.

Follow exactly the UPGRADING file. Something was missing in your upgrade

Yes, something was missing, i ran the DB upgrade script manually and now everything normal. The upgrade was done with rpm
