Hello,
Our company uses OTRS for a long time for our support to our customers.
In our CMS (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) we are managing the customers, finance,… When a customer calls we check Navision for their file and remarks.
It would be great that we can also see the amount of tickets that the customer has already sent.
So I would like to export the number of tickets out of OTRS and into Navision. This would be great when it is automated. I have a lot of technical knowledge of navision, but not of OTRS.
It is possible to call a web service from Navision, but is there also a function in the OTRS web services to give this information?
Thanks for the information

Re: Export data to a CMS
I have no experience with NAV webservice ... but how about creating a small SQL statement counting tickets per customer id, exporting it to a csv and importing it into NAV with a dataport?
