[Solved] Is there a "Ask for help" feature
We've outsourced our customer support and quite often they need to ask for help to solve tickets. Is there any way to send notifications to other agents as well as the ticket owner?

yes, you can add notes for other agents. You just need to change some settings via sysconfig

Thanks, I found it under Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewNote or something.
