Dear Team,


Wanted to know how to disable the CC and BCC Filed on both AgentTicketPhone and AgentTicketEmail while Ticket Creation.

thats not possible via configuration. You need to change the template file
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
