How to setting cron job in OTRS

Hello..
I've installed CRONw in my Windows Server 2003 for OTRS..
But I have problem to setting cron job..
What must I do next?
I must create scheduled task or how?

did you check the admin handbook on this topic or used the search in this forum already?

No problem at all and sorry for short answer ...
1) The Admin handbook solves most of the questions ("How do i setup mail, ...")
2) use the search feature of this forum
3) feel free to ask ;)
