Hi,
When i changed the ticket state to one of the pending ticket states, the ticket will be disappeared from the Agent portal. This is the default behavior of OTRS. Any one know how to keep them showing the Agent Dashboard?

They're now in the pending screen on the dashboard.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Im using OTRS 3.011, there's no pending screen in that version

It shows only Escalation tickets. I cannot see suspended tickets there. Is there any add-on or something to get this on dashboard like open issues?
