I am using ubuntu 10.04 with web-min installed , OTRS 3.2.1 and I am getting "The browser you are using is too old. OTRS runs with a huge lists of browsers, please upgrade to one of these. Please see the documentation or ask your admin for further information." As far as i can see everything is set up correctly. I'm lost at this point. Any Ideas? The browsers are current one is IE and the other is Chrome.

check permissions
check diskspace
check OTRS log
check apache error log
