Microsoft Outlook?

Hi all, I had a question,
I am running OTRS on my company's domain, (thanks to all the steps listed on this website ).
My last step is to setup email so that agents can assign and receive emails.
Could we do an exchange setup? I mean because everyone uses microsoft outlook.
So was curious to know,

Sure, you can do that. Add the Exchange account to the email accounts in the admin area and in SysConfig under "Framework -> Core::Sendmail". You have to allow OTRS to send emails through Exchange.

Can i fetch mails from a Queue OTRS in MS Outlook ?? Mails Downloaded in MS Outlook from OTRS ? . Is this possible ? If ' YES ' How Should i do ?

No. You can get notifications for tickets in your queue and address them through OTRS web page.
