[Solved] Help to configure Customer DB using LDAP

I'm trying use LDAP for my OTRS,
but it not running well when I browse index.pl and try to login, I can't login..
I want ask, how I can check my LDAP configuration work well or not?

Hi,

please don't hijack old threads.

Use forum search for LDAP there are loads of articles you'll find.

Also have a look in the Logfiles
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
