working from a list

Post by hssandy »

Our Problem and Change Management teams often work from lists of records.

So they will filter for a specific set of results and work through the list reviewing them to decide on the next steps required on each ticket however there is no way to move onto the next ticket in the list automatically.

They have to press the back button to go back onto the list but the downside to this is that you don't know how far through the list you were

Does anyone know of a clever way to do this?

I am not sure what you mean by the duplicate tab?
