hi
I had the field 'select queue' hidden from the Customer portal because all tickets logged in from there goes directly to the Service Desk queue.
Now, since in another branch, they have their own first line support, I would like tickets raised by the customers there to be redirected to another queue by default.
Should i use customer groups? ACL?
