Hi,

I have sometime(daily) this error message in the logs:

'/opt/otrs/var/tmp/CacheFileStorable/DynamicField/4/8/48a2e85401dc5ba60bcda14bb8e7ba92': No such file or directory

It seems to be a bug fixed in version 3.1.13

We are runnig on OTRS version: 3.2.1

Is there a fix? We have not properly installed OTRS?
Someone has an idea of the problem?

is your otrs location symlinked?

No, the rpm was installed directly in/opt/otrs

rpm: otrs-3.2.1-01.noarch.rpm from http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs//RPMS/rhel/6/
