Agent Not getting Ticket Notifications.

Dear Team,

I have Configured ticket notifications for Agents when a new ticket is arrived.


But my Agents are not getting any notifications but my Customers are receiving the ticket notifications.

It's working how you configured it.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
Please edit your signature to include your OTRS version, Operating System, and database type.
