Hardware and software prepare for OTRS setup

Hi everyone,

I mention about the hardware and software for OTRS, here are some information like below:
- 300 -400 tickets per day
- 10 users
- 2-3 million records in the external customer DB

So, can you give some suggestion for database: what kind of DB? what OS of OTRS webserver?
