hey guys, i'm a fresh user. when i finish the webinstall under the windows xp, why i can't receive any emails? And also when I check the support assessment, i found two red icons,which are Check if the system uses mod_deflate. Check if the system uses mod_headers.

As far as email, that needs to be configured in Admin>Postmaster Mail Accounts. If you've done that and it's still not coming through, hit "Fetch Mail" on that screen next to the email address and tell us what error you get. If you don't get any errors and the email comes through then check to make your scheduled email check is working. I'm not sure how this works on windows but a quick google search should be able to.

thanks mate. i do get emails now, but without hitting"Fetch Mail", there's still nothing come out. I think its impossible to hit fetch mail every few mins.

theres a problem in your installation, re-install and see. There is a delay for the automatic fetchmail, so do not expect it to immdiately appear once you send. Try sending a mail today and checking it tomorrow to see if it appears. Ofcourse it does not poll 24 hours and is a much shorter poll.
