Hi Guys,
We are using the OTRS for communication between clients and my employees. We are facing formatting issue in reply to ticket template. When we enter some text info in reply to ticket box, that text is missing format something like combining the multiple lines to single line or splitting the single line to multiple lines, etc. So, the clients are unable to read the text properly.
For example:
We entered text like "Get delivery food and take out, ordering is easy and fast. Reviews and restaurant menus for your favorite local places" in the reply to ticket template and submitted to client. When client sees that message, it is displaying like "Get delivery food and take
out,
ordering is easy and fast. Reviews and restaurant menus
for your favorite local places".
So it is making single line to multiple lines or some times multiple lines to single line.
Can any one suggest me to over come this issue ??

Please give more details about the environment! Which operating system, which browser, which version of OTRS, ... do you use?

It could be a lot of issues (and only a small portion of information from you).
Which version of 2.4?
I suggest an update to actual 3.2 as 2.4 is not mantained any more

We are running 2.4.7 version.
