Hi,
I'm Support engineer of XYZ company. I'm new to OTRS.
I recently joined this company. In our company we are currently using the OTRS 3.0.3 version which is installed under Windows.
The previous installation & configuration was performed by my old System Admin (I'm his replacement).
I got my first assignment from my Manager to install OTRS to 3.2.2 and move the existing DB to new installation.
I completed the installation and some basic configurations. The problem I'm facing with is that I don't know how to move old DB to a new installation under Windows. I referred the manual; however, I couldn't find anything useful for windows users.
I request you to provide me with the step by step shifting of old DB to a new installation as well as the OTRS configuration.
Thank you.

ask your mysql DBA to do so and follow the UPGRADING steps of the new OTRS installation afterwards.
