what i should use any IDE or some thing else.. if any one have solution please it here....thnxs

I use notepad, sticky notes, and a dull pencil.

If you're stuck on which IDE to use, you don't understand the scope of your problem.
Most changes are simple text modifications to source code. If you must use an IDE to do this, and you're actively and repeatedly asking about which one to use, and how to set it up, you're wasting time.

Hi,
Notepad ++ is the best for me now, it supports many languages and perl is ofcourse
Sometime I use dreamwaver to find a function in whole the OTRS folder.
DB, I use Navicate to connect by remote
putty is good to execute some conmand lines by remote
VM player is build OTRS for each project
