Hello,
I have a problem each time I am opening the otrs homepage.
I have run the following cronjob
*/2 * * * * /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.DeleteCache.pl >> /root/deletecache.log 2>&1
*/3 * * * * /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.LoaderCache.pl -o delete >> /root/loader.log 2>&1
there is some problem I have to run delete cache manually every time.
and whenever I am creating new ticket there is a same problem.
please help me.

still you did not provide an error description. There is no need to run the cache deletion script on ticket creation
