there's a standard way to generate dashboard in OTRS by using Google Charts?

Any experience? Suggestions?

no, there is no standard way. This would require some development
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
