Usar dos LDAPs en un mismo OTRS:
Nuestra compañía tiene dos delegaciones, con dos LDAPs diferentes, situados en dos servidores diferentes. Podemos usar un solo OTRS para las dos delegaciones? Para hacerlo necesitamos integrar los dos LDAPs en un mismo OTRS, para que los usuarios puedan entrar automáticamente ¿Como podemos hacerlo?

This is the English forum, but the answer is yes. Look at the docs for multiple backends or search the forums.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

We have two organizations location at diferent geographical places, who have twho different LAN and two LDAPs. We need to use one OTRS for the two organizations using the two LDAPs. How can we do it?
