Show both open and locked tickets in Queue view

Hi all,

in queue view I would like 'My Queues' to include locked as well as open tickets.

I've done the following but it doesn't work.

Core::Ticket:: ViewableLocks
Add: "lock"

We're are using 3.1.6.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this one?

Was there ever a resolution for this because I have a similar situation. We'd like to have all open tickets viewable, locked or unlocked, for a specific queue.
