[Solved] Default ticket type in incoming emails

Post by Jeanette »

Is there any way to set the default ticket type of fetched emails?

Either through a postmaster script - how do I identify only new emails (I don't want it to apply to existing tickets obviously)?

Or is there a setting somewhere that's similar to the default type you can set for the customer interface?
