Mail Filtering

I need to filter incoming mail in a specific way, ie where the subject contains a particular statement.

At the moment when an email comes in with the subject provide order acknowledged and provide order committed it filters to the same queue, even through the filters are set to put them in different places.

I think this is because it looks at the filter as separate words instead of a statement, how would I fix this?
