No Passwords for Customers

is there a way to disable using passwords for customers, so they just need to enter there username to logon to submit and view there tickets?
OTRS 3.3.5 ITSM 3.3.5 on Amazon Linux(CentOS) with Postgresql database hosted on Amazon RDS.

No, this is not possible.

Having no password is a huge security risk, especially for keeping data confidential
