Agents' passwords keep failing

Hi all,

Recently I've had a lot of complaints from agents that OTRS is not accepting their password anymore and that they've had to reset it . The reset then works but it's just strange that they've had to do this for no apparent reason.

The common denominator I can think of is that lately I've been using "Switch to agent" a lot to configure their searches or do other checks logged on as them. - Could this be corrupting their password in any way?

We use a local server with a local Mysql database on the same server.
