Hi,
We have different queues in our system and different sender email addresses.
When we recieve a ticket and want to reply to it, in the from field it shows the right email address but when the customer recieves it, it is from the default sender email address of the system.
Obviously the email address is assigned to the queue but wondering what the issue is.

Also the funny thing is that the Sender Name is the right name but the actual email address is wrong!

check the system email address assigned to the queue.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

And alo it is in the sys log
Sent email to 'customer@domain.com' from 'right name <right_email_add@domain.com>'. HistoryType => SendAnswer, Subject => Re: [Ticket#2013032810000248] partner; but when I recieve the email the sender is wrong!!

Could that have something to do with Framework -> Core::Sendmail configuration as the email address we set there is the one that always sends the emails ( wrong one in some queues ). Thanks

it also could be (especially if you're sending through gmail) that you're not allowed to spoof with the smtp account.
