Hi all
I created a Dynamic Field (Drop Down) to match our Departments... financial, accounting, etc... and i want to associate each customer user to it's own department by using ACL.
Till now i have just been able to configure this kind of ACL (using CustomerUserID) in CustomerTicketMessage. After i login in Customer Portal i checked the Dynamic Fiels in Ticket View New and get the correct option.
Is there any way to create the same ACL in AgentTicketPhone?
I'm using OTRS 3.2.2 in CentOS 6.4 Linux Server with MySQL.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
