Hi Team,

Please explain in detail.I want to rename the word otrs in my url.Let me eloborate.Currently I am using url as "someipaddress/otrs/customer.pl".Instead it should be "someipaddress/othernewname/customer.pl.

Please tell me in details which are the files i need to change.

Please do not open a new thread as you already got answer in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=53&t=19863&p=78547#p78547

Your apache admin should know how to change these values.
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
