i just downloaded the otrs version 3.2 on windows, when i m trying to lunch it, i have the http 404 error message, can someone help me with the installation?
NB. First time i m doing it.

You can manage a windows server?
Check eventlog, services, ports and firewalls, also antimalwaretools.
