last customer interaction in Agent Dashboard

Hello,

Is it possible to see the most recent answer/interaction in the Agent Dashboard, or is it possible to create a filter which will display only the last customer reply/interaction? I want to know if it's possible to see the global seniority of the ticket and the last customer reply in hours and minutes.

Hello, I too am looking for the exact same requirement. Were you able to find a workaround?
