Hi all,

I've implemented agent templates through some of the great info I've found through these channels. Now our customers are asking if they can have templates too. Of course this would mean.. user specific ones and the ability to create their own.

This is obviously not possible in the current version and according to OTRS there is no plugin you can buy for it either.

However I really need to come up with a solution or some sort. Is there browser plugin that fills in forms and works well with OTRS? I've tried a couple already but none seem to do the job very well.

Someone has already recommend to me "Lazarus Form Recovery" - which works very well!!
