Ticket update time not updating

Ticket update time not updating

In a ticket with service and SLA associated, even when replying email or external note the field "Update time" stills the same.

Example:

Update time: -379314 h 47 m 02/01/1970 19:00

This is bad config or bug? (using 3.2.2)
