OTRS Giving Internal server Error !!

Can some one plz tell me what the problem with my application while changes ticket state it gives me an Internal Server Error !!

check the logfiles
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
