Hi,
I want to know whether there is any way to filter the content of the email that is received by otrs through email,
why this content filter is, normally our customer replies to the ticket through email so the fetched mail in otrs contain the past data also
so i want to trim that data and allow only the reply to be updated on the ticket.
Can you please suggest how i can achieve this

I just can't see how you could accomplish this in any realm that makes sense, is consistent, and doesn't lose data even though GMail does an okay job of it. Good luck.jayadeep wrote:allow only the reply to be updated on the ticket.
