OwnerUpdate notifications

Hiya all,

I have 3 minor problems I can't seem to get my head around:

1) In "Agent::OwnerUpdate" I can select (and edit) the notification in several languages.
But I can't find where to set the language being used for the message to the agent.
No matter what language the agent selected in their preferences, they always receive the english version.

2) Is there a way to turn the the OwnerUpdate notifications on/off for specific/all agents?

3) When changing the ticket owner it comes up with an empty message body.
Can I change that?

I think this is a longstanding "no" .. You've been assigned ownership is hard coded.
