Hello,
I would like to build a stats which shows how many tickets have been created inside the different queues and also shows the way the ticket has been created. For example: 1st Level Sup Queue: 5 tickets via customer email, 3 tickets via customer interface, 8 tickets via agent interface. and so on for the other queues.
How can I realize this with a stats?
