Hello..
This is my first topic here, sorry for some inconvenience and my bad english.
So, i installed the OTRS here in my company, and everything is ok, except when i select a ticket and click on the free field, to update the service etc..
But the field service and Service Level Agreement does'nt show the services that i had create.
Someone can help me?

I did for my user and a apllied all the services.
But when i open one ticket, click on free fields, the fields services doesn't show the options.
How can I fix it?

I just had to aplly the service for all users.
