Guten Tag,

wir haben die Cronjobs über

cronjob -e -u otrs

verändert. Die Mails sollen jetzt alle 5 Minuten abgerufen werden. Nach dem Neustart der Jobs dauert es aber ungewönlich lange, bis daraus ein Ticket erstellt wird

Das System fetcht Mails und wandelt diese in Tickets um, aber nur wenn man das von Hand macht.

Das Logfile gibt an, dass das System Mails fetcht, diese aber nur sehr zeitverzögert (siehe meinen ersten Post) umgewandelt werden.

Ein ausführen von

Wie schon gesagt, das Logfile protokolliert das einloggen der Agenten und die beantwortung von Tickets. Es kommen aber keine Fehlermeldungen die in irgendeiner Weise die Mails betreffen. Im Spool ist auch nichts.

Permissions? Die von OTRS auf dem Rechner?

Also nochmal eine Info:

Das automatische abrufen von Mails ging bis gestern abend noch. Dann setze ich in /opt/otrs/var/cron den Cronjob zum automatischen Mailabruf auf 5 Minuten. Ich speicherte ab, startete die Cronjobs nochmal neu und lud den Apache zur Vorsicht auch nochmal neu. Und seit diesem Moment kann ich Mails nur noch über das Admin-Menü abrufen. Woran liegt das? Nur wei ich einen Cronjob ändere und danach alle (!) Cronjobs neu starte (!) und den Apache neu lade blockiert doch nicht das ganze System die Cronjobs. Berechtigungen wurde auch keine verändert, warum geht das denn von einen auf den anderen Moment nicht?

crontab:crond = tomtom:auto

Dann sollte in /var/log/cron was stehen. Alle fünf Minuten entweder, dass der Job ausgeführt wird, oder nicht. Taucht der Job dort nicht auf, führt ihn der crond auch nicht aus.
Schonmal als User otrs den Befehl aus der crontab ausgeführt?

PS: Was is bitte Linux 10.04?

PS: 91% aller Problem lassen sich durch Deinstallation von SuSE und Ubuntu beseitigen.

Da bei Dir der crond nicht läuft und ich nicht glaube, dass er über den xinetd gestartet wird, werden die Mails auch nicht automatisch alle fünf Minuten abgeholt.

Das ist alles gut. Er hat eine Mail abgeholt und dann die Verbindung beendet.

Starte Deinen CROND, damit die cronjobs abgearbeitet werden.
