How do i remove the otrs via queue option in ticket responce

How do i remove the otrs via queue option in ticket responce

My otrs instance all of a sudden sends out responces created by agents using the below formate.


Agent Name via QUEUE <queue email address>

I would like for the responces to show only the queue name minus the via and agent name like below

QUEUE Name <Queue email address>

i have searched all the support forums and can not get this to work. can any of you guys help in how i can achieve this
to work properly

orts ver 3.1.4
OS ver Linux ubuntu 10.04 LTS

sysconfig -> Ticket -> Core:.Ticket -> Ticket::DefineEmailFrom
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

Change Ticket::DefineEmailFrom in SysConfig to "System Address Display Name"
