Anyone know of a way to make the field " CustomerID: " , a drop down or lookup ? It's a pain to try and remember customer IDs when your trying to setup a new customer, not to mention it would help avoid mistakes by making sure the value is correct.

Did you enable CustomerCompany support in Kernel/Config.pm?

I dont see that option in config.pm , I am running version 3.2.6

Have a look at Defaults.pm and copy it to Config.pm
