Receiving E-MAils

Hi Everyone,

I've configured E-Mail for Receiving. But when I fetch mail, then its get deleted in Mail Server.
I tried with both POP/IMAP. Its same.

Can anyone tell me how can I make a copy of mail to be left in Mail server.

thats not possible within OTRS

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Forward your E-Mails from first mailbox to a second mailbox and fetch the E-Mail from there.
