Help in upgrading OTRS 3.0.10 to 3.2.3 - Windows

Hi,

I'm using OTRS 3.0.10 right now and it is running under Windows. My manager asked me to upgrade OTRS to the latest version (3.2.3). So I performed the backup of the current OTRS installation and restored the files to new installation, but faced some errors.


I found on a guide to execute "DBUpdate-to-3.2-post.mysql.sql", however I couldn't find that file in my new installation, so that i wasn't able to execute and got some error. Can anyone help me to resolve this issue.

You have to update the DB step by step based on version release. For instance, you have to run DBUpdate-to-3.1 before you run DBUpdate-to-3.2 (As far as I can tell).

Also, Look for DBUpdate-to-3.2.mysql.sql. I ran into the same issue and just bypassed x-post.mysql.sql. Everything seems to be running ok at this point.
