Schedule Task to get Fetchmail

Hello,

I want to know if exist some manual or instructions to configure a scheduled task to execute the fetch mail, using Cron service in a Windows Installation.
SO: Windows server 2008 Virtual Server
DB: MySQL
WebServer: Apache
Version: OTRS 3.2.2
I have the default installation for windows, I will appreciate your help.
