customer access in otrs according to company of

Post by Andrea »

Hello to all.

the title is a bit cryptic, I try to explain.
Let us assume that a user (customer), belong to two different companies, I wanted to know if it is possible for the user in question has access to OTRS by selecting one of the two companies belong to, this by keeping only one user to access.

thanks
