Error while logging into otrs customer screen and agent screen.

this means somewhere in your configs you are looking for an enabled module without a filename.
"what could it be?"
do not know. this would be an .xml or other entry that has been registered to the customer interface. It could be someone deleted a filename.
Look in module registration in SysConfig for Customer or browse the Kernel/Config/Files/ ZZZAAuto.pm and ZZZAuto.pm ... check for errant (bad/recent dates) for .xml files, backup your Config/Files folder and attempt a rebuild config.
