(Solved) how to attach file to process ticket in AD1?

Hello guys,

how can I attach a file to process ticket in first Activity? I see after the request has been send you have available the regular buttons of the ticket but I dont see any dynamic field to do so in the AD.

add a note to the first dialog
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

Sorry but could you please explain me how to do that? I open the Activity Dialog but cant see exactly how to do it.

Solved.
In the available field just drag and drop the "Article" field.

you nee to assign an article field to the activity dialog.
