hello everyone:
i have a problem after creating process ticket,as described in Process Management of otrs admin book,i have create a new process called Book Ordering.but when I have finished filling all the data such as ISBN and click Submit,Nothing displayed in new ticket.I have checked all the configuration,it still not work,it make me crazy.
