Need help installing OTRS ITSM

Hello everyone

I installed OTRS on Unbutu Server 12.0.4 -> The installation went well and i have followed the guide on the OTRS wiki site.
Now i wanted to install the package ITSM, so then i downloaded the ITSM-3.2.4.opm and tryied to install from the administration!

when i click the button to install an error message occur :

Ok guys....i found it myself....on the administration settings i changed WebMax...Something to 3200000
